How a job runs

Every surface, fixture, window, restroom and floor cleaned to owner-walk condition.
A return visit after punch-list work, right before turnover, so the space opens clean.
When the owner walk produces a punch list, we work it with you. Our crew returns as trades close out their items and re-cleans each area they touched: paint touch-ups, fixture swaps, flooring repairs, glass and hardware. You hand over a space with nothing left open on the cleaning side.
We also do: move-out and turnover cleans for property managers, weekly and monthly janitorial for offices and industrial space, window and storefront glass, and exterior facade cleanup.
